We offer Magic Mixx spice blends, ready-to-cook meal kits, breakfast and snack mixes, specialty flours, staples, nutritional products, oils, honeys, spreads, pickles, and chutneys — rooted in Indian culinary tradition and crafted for modern, busy households.

Yes. Our products are certified and compliant under FSSAI, FDA, ISO, BRCGS, HACCP, Kosher, Spices Board of India, and APEDA standards. Food safety and quality are non-negotiable at iCookMagic.

Yes. Our range includes products that are clearly labelled as Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Vegan, Jain (no onion / no garlic), Saatvik, and Gluten-Free. Please check the product page and label carefully before ordering.

We are committed to clean-label, natural formulations. Please refer to the ingredient list on each product page and physical packaging for complete transparency.
SECTION B — ORDERING

Visit www.icookmagic.com, browse the product range, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, select a payment method (prepaid only), and confirm your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation email at your registered address.

Modifications are possible only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@icookmagic.com or +91 9820790066 with your Order ID. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.

Yes, before dispatch. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted, but you may refuse delivery — store credit will be issued for the product value after the item is received back at our fulfilment centre.

There is no mandatory minimum order value. However, free shipping thresholds may apply — please check the Website for current offers.

Yes. We welcome bulk orders from institutions, corporate wellness programmes, caterers, co-operatives, and retail partners. Please write to info@icookmagic.com with your requirements for a customised proposal.

Yes, iCookMagic offers subscription-based plans for meal kits and staple products. Subscription details are available on the Website. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled dispatch.
SECTION C — PAYMENTS

We accept all major prepaid payment modes: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and authorised Digital Wallets. All transactions are secured through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

No. iCookMagic currently accepts prepaid orders only. COD is not available.

Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. iCookMagic does not store your card or bank details on its servers.

Please allow 5–7 business days for an automatic bank reversal. If the amount is not reversed within this period, write to us at info@icookmagic.com with your bank statement excerpt and transaction reference number.

EMI options may be available depending on your credit card issuer. Please check at checkout for applicable EMI offers.
SECTION D — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

No. iCookMagic currently ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:
  • Metro / Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 3 / rural areas: 5–8 business days
  • North East India / J&K / Ladakh: 7–12 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track your order under "My Orders" on www.icookmagic.com.

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. You will typically receive prior notification. If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee will apply for fresh dispatch.

Address changes can be requested only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@icookmagic.com with your Order ID. After dispatch, address changes cannot be guaranteed and depend on the courier partner's ability to execute the request.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered, you may refuse delivery or accept with endorsement (noting the damage on the courier's delivery record). Immediately notify us at info@icookmagic.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and/or an unboxing video and your Order ID.
SECTION E — EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT

iCookMagic operates a No Return Policy for all food and consumable products. Resolutions are provided exclusively through product replacement or, where replacement is not possible, store credit. This is in accordance with FSSAI food safety guidelines and the hygiene standards we uphold for all customers.

You are eligible for a replacement if you receive a product that is:
  • Damaged or with broken packaging
  • Defective (foreign matter, abnormal smell, texture)
  • Past its Best Before / Expiry date
  • Wrong product (different from what was ordered)
  • Missing from your order
  • Materially different from the Website description

All claims must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Please email us at info@icookmagic.com within 72 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video (if available). We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

We apologise for the error. Please email info@icookmagic.com within 72 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a photograph of the product received. We will dispatch the correct product upon verification.

If the replacement product is unavailable (discontinued or out of stock), we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected product to your iCookMagic account.

In principle, our policy provides for replacement or store credit. Monetary refunds to the original payment source are issued only in limited circumstances — specifically, Company-initiated cancellations and pre-dispatch Customer cancellations. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.

Approved replacements are dispatched within 5–7 business days of claim approval.

SECTION F — PRODUCTS & QUALITY

Shelf life is printed on every product label. As a general guideline:
  • Spice blends & masalas: 12–18 months
  • Instant mixes: 6–12 months
  • Oils, honeys, and pickles: 12–24 months from date of manufacture (subject to proper storage)

Store all products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odours. Once opened, reseal tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Specific storage instructions are on every product label.

Our products may contain or be manufactured in facilities that also process nuts, gluten, sesame, mustard, soy, and dairy. Please read the allergen declaration and ingredient list on every product carefully before purchase. For specific allergy queries, please write to info@icookmagic.com before ordering.

We offer low-GI and diabetic-friendly product options. However, these products are not a medical prescription. Customers with diabetes or specific health conditions should consult a qualified physician or dietitian before use.

Yes. Our cold-pressed and wood-pressed oil products are clearly labelled as such. Extraction method is stated on every product label.

No. Joining is completely free, with zero financial investment and no mandatory inventory holding.
SECTION H — ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website. We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is used for order processing, customer support, personalisation, and communications.
