5) Coordinate dispatch and ensure orders are shipped within platform timelines
6) Pack orders properly as per platform packaging guidelines
7) Make sure the right product reaches the right customer, in the right condition and on time
8) Maintain good ratings, reviews, and customer experience on the platform
