What Does a Fulfillment Partner Do?
1) Store iCook Magic products safely at home and manage inventory using older stock first (FIFO)
2) Receive and accept orders from the iCook Magic system within 24 hours
3) Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using branded packaging materials
4) Coordinate with delivery partners or arrange dispatch as per order timelines
5) Ensure orders are delivered within 1–2 days based on customer selection
6) Make sure the right product reaches the right customer, in the right condition and on time
7) Maintain proper stock levels and ensure availability for incoming orders
8) Follow hygiene, packaging, and quality standards for every order
